Project Description

The ESG4VET project aims to promote digital transformation, innovation and resilience in VET to respond to the emerging needs of the labour market related to ESG compliance, to set up, on and off-line, ESG HUBS in order to offer upskilling opportunities and interactive tools, both to VET trainers, but also professionals (especially in deprived areas) involved in the integration of sustainable, inclusive and transparent reporting in their organisations, safeguarding eco-friendly activities.


The S.M.A.R.T. GENERAL OBJECTIVES (GO) that meet the PRIORITIES, the CONCRETE RESULTS (CR) and the KPIs are: PRIORITIES: ADOPTING VET TO LABOUR MARKET NEEDS & ENVIRONMETAL & CLIMATE CHANGE

GO1: To equip VET trainers with ESG-related competences (green, digital skills, as per the GreenCOMP, DigiCOMP

Frameworks, the ESG model and the ESRS standards), validated through the Micro-Credentials

CR/KPIs: 1 validated Professional Development Course (EQF5), 6 modules, 6 expert-led webinars, 6 digital PPTs, 1 self and final assessment with 120 quizzes, 7 micro-credentials

GO2: To upgrade c-VET training with new tools/resources based on inclusive, Eco-Friendly and Sustainable practices for ethical, transparent and efficient governance ensuring systemic impact for their SMEs, the community, staff etc. CR/KPIs: 1 INDEX for ESG Compliance with 100-terms, 1 ESG TOOK KIT with 80 resources, tools, example etc. as per the 14 ecosystems, 1 ROAD MAP to ESG Compliance (Advocacy)

PRIORITIES: ADOPTING VET TO LABOUR MARKET NEEDS & ADDRESSING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

GO3: To promote transnational, national and regional collaboration, exchange of good practices as per the CO-DESIGN METHODOLOGY and the creation of SYNERGIES among NGOs, CSOs, HEIs, etc. for the promotion of ESG compliance in SMEs

CR/KPIs: 1 Transnational Train-the-trainer mobility, 1 Map with 80 good practices, 24 on-site visits with 24 ESG expert podcasts, 1 National Workshops with 120 VET trainers/professionals/employees

GO4: To promote digital innovation, readiness, resilience and capacity of c-VET organisations and trainers based on the development of a series of DIGITAL TOOLS to support SMEs to set, monitor, assess and report their ESG compliance as per the needs of the 14 industrial ecosystems and the customized plans to be generated

CR/KPIs: 1 AI-Powered ESG Tool based Action Plan with step-by-step methodological guidelines (on and off-line), 1 AI-powered Virtual ESG Assistant, 1 interactive platform

GO5: To promote the localization, exploitation, evaluation and impact assessment via the setting up of ESG HUBS, for better transferability based on a more responsible corporate world that contributes to social justice, environmental and transparent practices.

CR/KPIs: 1 dissemination, 1 Sustainability Plan, 6 National Impact Report, 1 Overall, 6 ESG HUBS, 6 Case-Studies with SMEs (18 VET trainers to support 8 SMEs to develop and monitor their ESG plan, 120 participants), 6 Open Consultations 60 participants
